Sunday 8th Nov Footie

by Kitsondinho » 08 Nov 2009 14:20

Obviously the 'big' game is later on but on at the moment is Hull 0-1 Stoke.....

Stoke fans treating Brown to the full songbook including
"sacked in the morning"
"Tango whats the score"
"Tango give us a wave"
and many other hits.......................

BTW Hunt is playing pretty shite and Kits isn't in the Stoke Starting XI............................

 He's well thought of.

Northwich are given Charlton the willys. Superb save just now to prevent NV taking the lead as well.

Hunt playing just like we all remember him. Lots of effort, oxf*rd all quality. Sums up Hull perfectly.

Sounds familiar.

What is it Compo? My favourite moment of the game was the black fella behind the Chelsea bench brushing his teeth

I saw that on SSN this morning. No doubt Soccer AM will be creaming their pants with this one on Saturdays show.

I know its from the Saturday but Stuart Atwell impressed me on the MotD highlights.

Instead of sending both players off, or booking them or whatever, he took Jordan and Zabaleta to one side, had a chat, let them air their greivances and calmed the situation down.

OK, only highlights but that actually impressed me. When I saw the incident, I could imagine other refs wading in and waving cards around.

Utd lose so Alex 'Fergie' Ferguson rants about the ref again.

I'm so shocked.

So it was a free kick and Drogba didn't foul Brown and shouldn't have been flagged for offside then?

I've got a vague memory of little Stewie fvcking something up at the weekend but I can't even remember which game was him , let alone what he did

Free kick - yes
Foul on Brown - yes
Offside - no

If Drogba was stood infront of the keeper then yes but he didn't interfere with the ball or the keepers view

Plus Brown was keeping him onside from where he was lying on the ground.
