6-6 result -- did the defenders forget to turn up?
So how does that affect Europe?

Outstanding game, I only saw the second half having flicked over from Spurs at half time. Bizarre, purely bizarre.

Any mutterings about "unusual betting patterns" yet?

 @ those using this to prove Scottish Football isn't boring, failing to take into account that 3 out of the 5 SPL matches tonight were 0-0 draws.

Maquisard So how does that affect Europe?

As it stands...

--Motherwell are in fourth on 52 (-2) and would be entered in the Europa League second qualifying round if they finished there
--Hibernian are fifth on 51 (+1) and would miss out
--These two are assured of finishing in fourth and fifth*, with the specific order to be determined on the last day (when Motherwell are away to Rangers as Hibernian play Dundee United away; KOs Sunday 1:30 PM)

However, if Dundee United --who are assured of finishing third (and, as it stands, are thereby entered in the third qualifying round of the Europa League)-- were to defeat Ross County in the Scottish Cup final on Saturday week, then...

--Dundee United would move up a rung and be entered in the Europa League play-off round as Scottish Cup winners
--Whichever of Motherwell or Hibernian finishes fourth would be entered in the Europa League third qualifying round
--Whichever of Motherwell or Hibernian finishes fifth would be entered in the Europa League second qualifying round

*Hearts would draw level on points with Hibs with a win over Celtic and a Hibs loss, but their GD stands at -10

and a massive LOL @ the defending, clearly a concept that seems to have gone missing. The quality of the football is league 1 at best.

The goalkeeping from Smith was AMAZING.
