the key, key point is that no manager in his right mind would come to a club in Reading's current situation without a real promise of funding.

Whether they'd get that promise - and if they did whether it'd be delivered - is quite another matter!

+1 on that. All the other names are high risk. Can't believe people think Mark Hughes is a good idea.
Curbishly maybe for the work he did at Charlton but generally Dick or Mack.
