im genuinely hoping this is the typical reading keeping everything a secret tactics. everyone was saying inside the club that they are pretty confident that we can persuade ince to come here. jonny fordham even said he would bet on it if he was a betting man. maybe we are keeping quiet so no one else tries to come in and swoop him.

id love for this to happen but just because everyone is so excited about it makes me think it probably wont happen. this would literally break our existing transfer record by 4x the margin. knowing this club i have a extremely difficult time believing it to be true despite all of the evidence for and against. id believe it more if it were a couple of years down the line and we had slowly worked our way up from 2m to 4m to 5m to 6m etc and then we spent 8m on a single player. but jumping from 2m to 8m is a bit fishy.

dont take this the wrong way i will literally cum buckets if we do sign ince tomorrow but for now im keeping my hopes low so i dont get disappointed like when we didnt sign gylfi.

Reading manager Brian McDermott, speaking about the transfer window: "We have signed Nick Blackman from Sheffield United and we are delighted about that because he has got great hunger. He is going to have a big future for us. We might have one more possible deal tomorrow but it won't be Thomas Ince. I think he will be staying at Blackpool."

Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers:
"Our pressure was very educated, and that lead to us getting a couple of chances. We scored one and could have had two more before half-time. I though in the first 65 minutes we were outstanding. But we are pleased with a point and we'll move on.

"We're more than capable of going to Man City and getting a result. There will be no more players coming in, that's correct."

So not going there then

But Rogers has said no more players in. Either we will try to ressurect the
Deal or he will join scousers in the summer. Who is the other player? Zambian?

Don't need him, spend the money on giant statues of Adam Le Fondre.
