I was in until I saw the state of that screen. My OCD and scratches don't work. How did it get in that bad a condition? My iPhone sits unprotected in my pocket every day and is in near mint condition.

Not sure. I think it might be locked to O2 but I have been told that I can get it unlocked as I have finished my contract with them...
