READING FC MEMBERSHIP

I have just logged into 'my account' on the OS and in looking around there is a section for Memberships for which it gives the chance to buy 'READING FC MEMBERSHIP ' for £10. Is this STAR, if so its not clear, or is this something else? Does anyone know?

Its the price to become a membercard holder. These were previously free but went up to £10 following promotion to the Premiership.
