I don't care for either club, but I'm hoping to see West Ham suffer some more.
Massive game for both clubs today!

Has there ever been a football manager to have spent 10+ years at one club then move to another one and be successful?

There can't be that many mangers who have been somwhere 10 years + at all, I can only think of Fergie and Dario Grady?

Still in work:

Graham Turner - Hereford Utd 1995 - present
Arsene Wenger - Arsenal 1996 - present

Keep an eye out for:

John Coleman (Accrington Stanley 1999 - present
Sam Allardyce (Bolton Wanderers 1999 - present
Neil Warnock (Sheffield Utd 1999 - present

Ever:

Matt Busby (Man Utd 1945-1969
Dario Gradi (Crewe Alexandra 1983-)
Jimmy Seed (Charlton Athletic 1933-1956)
Alex Ferguson (Man Utd 1986-)
Tom Watson (Liverpool 1896-1915)
Brian Clough (Nottingham Forest 1975-1993)
Bill Nicholson (Tottenham 1958-1974)
Bill Shankly (Liverpool 1959-1974)
Alan Curbishly (Charlton Athletic 1991-2006)
John Lyall (West Ham Utd 1974-1989)

Tough criteria. Closest that comes to mind is Cloughie. 6 years with Derby and 18 years with Forest.

I think that 6 years counts as long serving, even if not over your 10 year requirement!

Hammers fans singing yesterday we want out Pardew back. Bless. Is this the same Pardew they mercilessly taunted and complained about as they struggled to get promotion from the Championship?

If ever a club deserved relegation it's West Ham and Eggert Magnusson.

I actually feel sorry for Curbishley. Fair enough, he had a fair idea what he was getting himself into but he's inherited a bunch a wasters who are so far up their own arses as far as self perception is concerned, Mind you that's West Ham in a nutshell, a club with a handful of cups who have yo-yoed between the top two divisions for the past 30 years yet consider themselves one of the country's elite clubs just because they had 3 players in the 66 World Cup squad.

We'll get some of them in the summer if West Ham go down.
