It worked fine the one time I used it for a Saturday game - BUT - As AJ has said given its an evening kickoff and the bus doesn't leave Sandhurst until 6.55, the arrival time could due to the barsteward traffic, leave it very tight for KO.

I now use the park & ride from Foster Wheeler , which involves a short drive through Arborfield, which is far more user freindly than trying to battle your way into a car park - (and a damn sight cheaper too)

Further information for what it's worth:

The bus goes through the back roads to Aborfield and then along the A327, due to arrive at the Stadium at 1930, still leaving about 30 minutes in case of traffic etc, We provided a bus for the recent Wigan evening fixture and the depot has report that that arrived in good time.

Stops
Bus observes all bus stops on line of route between Kingsmead and Arborfield and then operates non-stop to/from Stadium

Nothing but praise for this service, was more or less at the stadium by 7.30 just an understandable stuttering right at the end with the traffic heading into the stadium. Still plenty of time to walk up from Hurst Way though and buy a programme, get a drink inside the stadium and settle down for the game. The chosen bus route was also excellent with no delays. Cheap, easy and stress free match day travel - keep them going please!

Used it twice. Been sceptical 'it'll never make it' twice and two portions of humble pie. Not encouraging to hear the driver say ' I'll be surprised if they're running this next year' though. 6.10 from the sixth form college in Farnborough.
