cheeryoleary On the paper season ticket renewal I received in the mail this morning, I am asked to identify my ethnic group (e.g. White British), my religion, and whether I have a disability - including reference to 'HIV, Cancer and Multiple Sclerosis'
This is in the name of 'Equal Opportunity Monitoring'
If that is the case and Reading FC is 'commited to preventing discrimination ...... on the grounds of ...... sexual orientation (and) marital status', then why am I not asked if I'm straight, gay, bi, and/or married?
What do you think?

Tony Le Mesmer I think they're more likely to bin your application if your a white single male aged 20-35.
Or am i being just cynical?

Dirk Gently Ever thought it might be that the club are being pressured by some outside body to produce stats on the ethnice diversity of their support?
It may or may not be Reading Borough Council, the FA, the Premier League, etc etc - or someone else , but I very much doubt that this is something that RFC would be doing for their own benefit.
