It says on the website that Everton tickets are on general sale, but when I go to book them the required royalty points is still set at 5. I have a member card but as this is my first game I have no points. I also want to bring a friend who doesn't have a card yet.
Will I be able to buy tickets over the phone? What else do I need to do in order to buy 2 tickets?

Official site (Tickets section) states that you can obtain a member card when you purchase tickets in person or on the phone.
If you have a member card with zero points it must be quite an old card ! You may have to get a new one but whatever your route is to phone or go to the TO and you will be able to get tickets.
