The 17 Bus well a nice 23k crowd at The Madstad yesterday, as usual cars illegally parked all about the place, about a dozen on the clearway outside the Jaguar Showroom, and as usual not one of them were ticketed by the nasty little small minded men that seem to target the football matches.
Who ever is in charge of parking enforcement in Reading really needs to come out and explain why this is.

The ones parked on the verges by the HP carp park had tickets on yesterday.
