Was that the guy that was removed then? I assumed he was an angry meat head Reading supporter who lost his temper with the bragging Spurs fans.

At least they kicked him out!

There was a similar occurance in UW. A group of Spurs supporters rose to celebrate their goal right in front of tango who ignored them completely until the crowd got on his back when eventually he went and had a word. As far as I could see they did not get thrown out although my view was somewhat obstructed by the glare off Chris Tarrants fake tan!

Our idiot of a Steward decided that immediately after Spurs scored the goal that is likely to be the nail in our coffin was the ideal time to come up to the back of Y24 and tell everyone to sit down. Such sensitivity. He was a bit affronted when no-one listened.

LOL@ Spurs fans in the home stands when there were 100-odd seats available in the away block.

Is it really that much of an inconvenience to have the odd away supporter in the home end?? :?

The new steward in Y23 is fine. I stood all game with no problem at all.

Given what appeared to be a fair number of empty seats in the away end, I couldn't understand the quoted attendance. Wasn't something like 24125 - which is pretty close to a record?

apparently spurs end did sell out - so the gap in the top left was maybe not sold by rfc

when they are leaping up when the opposition score, arms out-stretched and shouting abuse yes it is.

The ones in upper west were escorted out at half-time (think they were some sort of hospitality group) and did not appear for the second half

The spurs end did indeed sell out. Was able to get a ticket for my spurs supporting mate through someone i know who works at spurs, but it was otherwise sold out when he tried to book online. He had a couple of spare seats either side of him which were allocated to spurs academy players that hadn't been taken up.
