EP reports renewals coming in at a rate of 1000+ a day.
Good news, projections suggest that if this continues we'll have in excess of 70,000 sth by the start of the season putting us just behind Brighton as the top team in the South.

I renewed my season ticket online on 31st May and the purchase status is still pending. I presume they will process all the renewals after 20th June and update the status then. However knowing the Club, I wouldn;t be surprised if they oxf*rd it up.

I did send an e-mail asking for clarification last week but I'm still waiting for a reply.

Thats a relief, renewed about an hour ago and was getting worried that it still said pending.

royalsteve
exactly my point.....she isnt annoyed about missing out by one day...what she is querying is why is the cut off date aug 1st? biringham for example is sept 1st

This came up in a conversation I had with someone from the club and apparently it used to be a June cut-off until a few years ago but they changed it to the start of the month in which the season starts as that is a date most people can understand.

It is difficult if your birthday is just the wrong side of the line but there will always be someone wherever the line is drawn

I suspect that technically there are no refunds, but the TO are actually very helpful and you would be best off either calling them or dropping by and explainingthe circumstances. If they can help you then they will I'm sure.

Whatever advice you get on here, i think the above will be the inevitable course of action !
