On-line ticketing for ST holders - Aston Villa

by CMRoyal » 11 Jul 2008 11:44

Anyone else tried to purchase their tickets for the friendly against Villa?

Seems there are two options - select own seats or let the computer allocate best seats. So, if you are wanting to make good your reserved ST seat which do you choose? Clearly not the latter, but if you go for self-select, quite rightly your own seats are unavailable (for a minute I thought that the system was going to be clever and let ST holders select their own seat).

So, unless I'm misunderstanding the way On-line ticketing works, I can't book my reserved tickets on-line - which would be pretty shoddy service to present to your most valued supporters.

I do hope they get this sorted before we embark on our glorious Cardiffesque FA Cup run.

EDIT: Ah. I'm wondering if it's because we moved seats?

Asking HNA about ticket office questions is always a great help as well. Thanks

I didn't ask HNA about ticket office questions. I just asked if anybody has had the same experience as me. It seemed to make sense to be sure that the problem didn't lie with my own PC illiteracy before I queried it officially.

Click on the Cup Tickets link and you'll find them in there reserved and waiting for you.

And no I'm not joking.

I think it has some teething problems  Buy clicking on the cup tickets link it actually places the friendly tickets in the basket. It is just so logical when you think about it. Just don't think too hard.

I would go and watch Villa if we were playing them next season.
