Young Royals

by SWLR » 26 Jul 2008 22:11

Daughter opened up her goody-bag (son is away ... yippee!!!!).

Got to say well done RFC. She has worn the sweat band on her wrist all weekend, kit back looks good quality and with a scarf to go with her STH scarf she should be plenty warm this winter.

Come on lets see the doom-mongers slag the club off for this one - come on you know you can, when has the facts got in the way of a good moan. Co(tossers)ugh.

Where's my kit bag?

Typical RFC forgetting the fans who pay the money.

The pack seems to offer great value - and I can't really fault the package though, to be fair, the scarf is shit.

Young Royals is an excellent initiative. Make sure your daughter enters all the competitions. I don't think there's a massive response - my lad has 'won' several opportunities to meet players, tour the ground and get a few freebies.

Have they totally given up with Young Royals away game coaches now, or is it something that could come back if we dont make an immediate return to the Prem? It used to be extremely good value for money. My boy is signing up for YR and would definately take him to more away games should they bring these back.

This young Royals malarkey, what does it cost to join?

Any games I'll be able to go to on a Saturday will include both the little runts, so games will be few and far between apart from midweek games.

D'you think we could persuade them to buy the club as it already has their name? They must have a few bob to splash around, and they're local.

I would just add my congrats to the YR team (Dara and the rest). Told my wife last year not to bother as it would probably just be an excuse for RFC to take £10 off her and ending up admitting I was wrong.

Son went to a number of events and got great value last year. The goodies this year including the bag are pretty good value on their own.
