No team spirit, no creativity. It's either a defeat or draw for me.

I'm trying to be positive and so I'll say 1-0 to us and I don't care who scores it. In reality, it seems more likely it will be a 0-0 bore fest or they'll nick a goal and beat us.

A thumping win, magnificent performance of controlled football, intricate passing and all round outstanding displays by the whole team, now back into the real world ! a probable dire performance, again, full of misplaced passes and many hoofs up field to our giant forwards, and now that Coppell himself has said that 5 man midfields give his team problems, all in all a totally bore 0-0, maybe not a bad thing though as a defeat or dull draw, might just be enough to convince the hierachy that we need to do something about then talent on show, or rather lack of it ?

One-nil to the Royals. Plymouth are one of the weaker teams in the league, and for all the lack of creativity we looked solid defensively against Forest. Doyle to score with a header - Graham Stack is not as good as Paul Smith

Reading 2-0 Plymouth

Harper, Lita

Comfortable victory, amongst reading fans singing "how shit must you be, losing to Luton away", which infuriates the away support, to the point where they almost throw their pasties at us from thier knuckle dragging hands. They soon realise that this would not be a clever idea, as it will be the last time that they eat, before going home to shag their siblings.

Or something like that.....

Feeling lucky for the weekend so I fancy a rather risky treble.

Ingimarsson to play in defence
Harper in midfield
And , wait for it, we don't play a recognised left back........................on the phone to William Hill right now.

0-0 HT

Several disgruntled RFC 'fans' walk out mutter, mutter.... "Last game I'm watching this season...."

45th minute: Noel Hunt
47th minute Harper screamer
50th minute Marcus punt goes over everyone.

"Please Mr. Steward, may we go back in?"

81st minute: Karacan

4 -0 Reading fans go home happy but some still complaining about 'hoof and hope'.

winchester_royal Reading 5 Plymouth 0

Coppell shocks fans by starting Karacan and Pearce. Both have storming games, and Karacan score a 20 yard Pile driver. Kebe scores 2, and Lita and Doyle get a goal each.

Happy fans sing praises of Coppell all the way home.

If Coppell starts with Karacan and Pearce it will not be shock it will an earthquake reading about 15 on the Richter scale.

1-1 we'll score after 20 minutes & then spend the 60 minutes hanging on until Plymouth finally get their equaliser. We then spend 10 minutes humping long balls to sub noel hunt before finally getting a draw.
The crowd boo & Coppell spouts some of his usual crap about how we were the better team & that until all the first team players give him back the photographs his hands are tied
