Reading World - Error when trying to play highlights

I subscribed to Reading World at the start of the season. But I can no longer watch the extended highlights. When I down;oad the file and try to play it in Windows Media Player it says I have a DMR(Digital Media Rights) and to check with the online store. I go to Reading World help and it kicks me off to a site where it suggest that I need to download a licence. Where do I get one? I have the option checked in WMP to automatically acquire licence.

Anyone else had this problem? I am stuck for a solution. Anyone in the U.S. able to watch Reading World video highlights on WMP 11?

I have tried the Virgin Media thing but it won't let me see them as I am outside the UK.

I usually get the message saying that the license is being downloaded and then it works but I'll try now again.

Working fine today. Not sure what the problem was but I finally got to watcht the 6-0 highlights over Sheffield Wednesday.

Wow, what a revelation Noel Hunt has been. Incredible finishing touch, superb playmaker and a fantastic celebration routine. Keep it up young man!
