Did anybody notice it was Burnley's first team last night and at Chelsea?
Good luck to them and if a cup run like this means that they can afford to spend a few quid in January to strengthen their squad for a more concerted promotion campaign then it will all have been worthwhile.

Agreed but still would be good to see a championship team in the final though

Paul Scholes enters the frame at Old Trafford and gets a standing ovation as he comes onto the pitch after making his return from injury.

Stranded
TheMaraudingDog I'm so glad that Arsenal got knocked out last night so that this media and Royal Rother tommy tank fest can finally come to an end.

Don't often agree with you but here I do...

As Danny Baker said on 606 last night, stop calling them The Wonderkids, give them their real name, Arsenal Reserves.

More like Arsenal Youth Team and the joke here is on Burnely for bigging themselves up so much over their win.

Thaumagurist* I'll achieve a great big wood if Burnley and Blackburn win.

So I only achieved a semi. Better than nothing.

No East Lancashire derby to look forward to :(

Hmm not sure if I want Spurs and United to be kept apart in the Semis now.
