Time for action.....or not

by Royalshow » 30 Dec 2008 18:34

I'm going to keep things short.Taking a joint summary from both hob nob and 606 it seems people are getting pissed off with the diversity of support that is now present at games. Is anyone interested in trying to instigate a co-ordination of support for a game purely on an 1 game experimental basis to see what happens, a Cardiff replay possibly.

I'm not sure how that could be done - first you'd need to decide what is the "best" wasy to support, and that's such a subjective and emotive subject that you'll never get consensus.

Only on a very small scale such as an micro-climate of support of around 20-30 people.I think a lot of people's enjoyment of games would increase dramatically if the people who were sat in the immediate vicinity were on the same wave length.I'm not barking on about the shit RTdrummer was on about with re organizing the whole stadium.Just creating a small core/nucleus of like minded nobbers etc supporting the team and enjoying themselves.

Isn't that supposedly already the case in Y25?

Cardiff away in the cup after last fridays antics. This games for the hardcore only. Singing galore. Plus its half terrace and half seating so i hardly doubt there will be complaints in the terraces about standing..well you never know with RFC fans actually.

and there m'lud rests the case for the prosecution.

Drummer attempts to get support going and you don't like it. Why do you think you can impose your idea of support on anyone else?

What is your ultimate objective ? Define it for me and I'll happily assist the cause should it coincide with my interests
