Each man to his own. It's not the way I would do it, but if someone pays the money, and takes the time to follow his/her team around the country, then he/she should be able to support the team is whatever way he/she wants. There should not be an obligation to act like hooligans.
Reading fans hardly act like hooligans. If someone has the right to sit and act like a person made out of cardboard then surely others have the right to get up, sing and shout if they've paid their money. It's happened for years so it's not like a family going for a day out is going to be naive enough to not know that happens.
