moo As much as I hate Oxford ..and aldershot, swindon etc doesnt a sick part of you want them to do well so we can get regular games against them?? It's boring suddenly being a completely different class to our local rivals, however much we hate them.

Mr Optimist Oxford city centre is nice for the shops and that and the nice old buildings, and also an excellent park and ride scheme.
But I didn't realise they had a football team... I've just looked through my weekend NOTW "Score" supplement and I looked through all four divisions and yep, I was right, no football team called Oxford United mentioned anywhere.

I still can't figure out why they put blue seats in their three stand excuse of a stadium? Surely yellow or black, a mix of the two, but not blue.
Maybe they really do think they're the Chelsea of the Conference
