TBM Bellamy is exactly the kind of player City need though....i think he'll do well for them, better than Jo thats for sure!

They clearly miss a Joey Barton personality. :|

If City didn't have all these millions then i bet you the fee would have been half that.....its the same as what happened to Chelsea, teams double their valuation of a player just cos they know the buying club has cash to splash.

Have always rated Bellamy as a player, will do well at City if he stays clear of injury.

I don't disagree with too much that you say, TBM, but how exactly did you come to the above conclusion?

Bellamy is injury-prone, disruptive, and not really that great a player. When you consider City already have Robinho, Wright-Philips, Ireland, Michael Johnson, Elano, etc, what would Bellamy really add?

Those players each have pace, a good touch, and are all capable of scoring goals. In my opinion, they need a player who's slightly different to what they have already, and Bellamy isn't too dissimilar in my eyes

Bellamy has scored 4 in 7 for City now....as i said, he's just the kind of player City need and i feel Hughes is slowly getting the best out of him.

No surprise that Hughes has got good form out of him.

Manager when at Wales
Manager when at Blackburn (17 goals, 32 games)

Give it til the end of the season and he'll be injured and have pissed off his teammates at some point. Hughes won't be there next season anyway

Bellamy can be the player to save Hughes his job.

Not by winning getting them up the league as such, but by showing the owners that if they leave Hughes to do the job he's employed to do he can turn them round and pick up the right players.
