royalexile I remember placing the American flag over the XBOX signs on the south stand hoardings and being told to take it off. I told the steward that as i owned enough games and consoles i could fecking put my flag upMy daughter ended up wearing the flag to keep her warm.
Why couldn't the south stand be used to place any banners. There are sometimes excellent examples at away games.

royalexile I think i understand a lot about advertising. The flag wasn't even unfurled, it was resting folded up in top of the post, slightly covering the advertising. Not much, just i tiny little bit. I'm sure i never dented microsofts profits for that miniscule discretion.

blue_army1871 I don't know about everyone else but i've always thought that having banners up against the railings at the madstad would look very good. A bit like the stretford end at Old Trafford.

Royal Lady Or do what some people did at Southampton and for some inexplicable reason, put your banner/flag ON THE FLOOR so no-one can actually see it, unless you're sat near the front, but it does allow for people to slip and hurt themselves whilst celebrating a goal.

I think I've discovered why the above risk is minimal.
Ian Royal I don't know. Team Burbs Against Racism was pretty amusing.
