If West Ham had played by the rules over the Tevez business and got relegated we wouldn't have had to play them last season; but we would have played Sheffield United instead.
We always win at Brammall Lane so we would have ended the season with more points and consequently wouldn't have been relegated and therefore wouldn't have lost however much income you get from dipping your snout in the Premier League trough.
I think that we must have a good case to sue West Ham. Can anyone see any flaws in it?
