Big games tonight, do you think either Chelsea or Man Utd will drop points?

Not a lot happening in the Chelsea - Everton game. Apart from Everton appealing for a penalty - I didn't think it was a penalty as the Chelsea defender touched the ball before Baines (the Everton left back, not the poster) tripped over the outstretched leg.

0-0 HT

Well, that was not a great game. Drogba could have won it late in the game, but hit the crossbar.

Bloody manure won 2-0.

watched the Chelsea Everton game, thought it wasn't that bad for a 0-0. Everton played really well, defensively solid despite resting 2 of their back 4 and had the better chances throughout until Drogba's last minute effort.

Like that new right back of Chelsea's, Ivanovic is it? He's a tidy player. Anelka was woeful, Lampard not much better, MaLOLouda.

Before the 91st minute and Drogba's effort against the bar, the closest Chelsea got was a 30 yard left foot shot from John Terry!

Puts into perspective the Sunday match, eh? Can't fault Everton this year....fair play to ol' Moyes!

PlasticRoyale Is it all over now?

I think so. Small chance Arsenal could put a spanner in the works by winning at Old Trafford, United's form hasn't been brilliant lately, but I'd be amazed if United don't win it now. And fully deserved, imho.

Liverpool have, for me, been the best team in the country for the last few weeks, and it augurs well for next season. In Mascherano, Gerrard and Torres I think they have the best players in the world in their respective roles and styles, and the latter is getting better seemingly by the week. But United's incredible run of clean sheets exemplified the class of their side, and for once it's been that end of the pitch that has seen them through to the title.

I am hoping that with United soon to be on 18 titles, we might see a genuine tussle for ascendancy in the next few seasons between the two biggest clubs in England. We've had United and Arsenal, United and Chelsea, I think it could be United and Liverpool (and Ferguson and Benitez) for a while now. The common factor is of course United and Ferguson, who when he retires will fully deserve his accolade as the best British manager in history (a title he arguably already holds).

PlasticRoyale Is it all over now?

Yeah, it is.

No, it isn't, Liverpool still have 5 games and Man Utd still have 6 games. Still a lot of points to be dropped yet.

They've shipped 11 goals to top four teams in the last couple of weeks. But let's not worry about that when we're busy soiling our 1986 Crown Paint replica tops over a couple of 4-4s.

You would hope so for a £9 million player.
