Interesting. I'd be slightly concerned if a professional gambler took over my club but it could be very good for them and will get the ground up and running.

He could be their Madjeski.

Ive seen this guy a lot on TV playing Poker. Very shrewd guy by all accounts makes his money on Sports Spread Betting. No different to playing the Stock Market if you ask me.

i remember Brighton complaining because they only got half the away end a few years back, apparently they wanted 647,000 tickets as they would have sold them all.

£93m Stadium.

That seems a bit on the high side.

LOL @ Reading fans in their 'Brighton are MASSIVE' campaign which is a direct rip off of United's and City

They used to claim to be, but as someone who lives in the area, there is absolutely nothing to suggest they are. They barely get in the local paper and when the Brighton promo car (which has Nicky Forster on the side) drives to an event, it gets wholesomely ignored in favour of the Cricket Club.

Im guessing the rubbishness of their ground has caught up with them.

As someone who works in Brighton, and who has colleagues who are as passionate about the club as we are about Reading, I have got a soft spot for them now.

I believe that once they have moved to Falmer, BHA will become a team similar in size to ourselves within 4 or 5 years; the Withdump (and before that the moves to Gillingham et al) has definately had a negative effect on the fan base, but it is still there just beneath the surface.

I'm still praying that they stay at the "Withdump" - a club of their size deserves to be there.

'greed. That sort of comment should only be reserved for Oxford United and the Football Conference.
