Considering Aldershot were only founded in 1992, then this is just a(nother) pointless thread!


I think you'll find that they were in the league before that.

But Middlesbrough didn't drop out of the League, so technically they must have been the same club, even if the parent company changed.

Boro never folded though :roll:

Aldershot went out of business in 1992 and dropped 5 or 6 divisions when they re-formed
