Was just shopping up at tescos and bumped into murts. Had a quick chat and asked him if he had any plans for next season, he said yes with a cheeky smile but didn't say what!!
Also asked if I had heard the news, told me marcus has signed for wolves. Expected to come home and see it on HNA but nothing and no news on wikipedia either. Hope murts wasn't on the windup!

All the best to Hahnemann, one of the most consistently good goalkeepers in both the Premiership and CHampionship for the last few years. Almost certainly in the top 3 RFC keepers of all time and some could put a strong case for him to be slightly better than that.
Top man also who I got to chat to a few times and he was always friendly to talk too whilst being slightly mad
He'll still easily do a good enough job if they need him as Hennesey seems a bit brittle whereas Hahnemann didn't miss many games in his entire RFC career. Will be a big miss next season for Reading.

I think Reading should have given Marcus one more year.
He was great with the fans and a true Reading great. He always appreciated the fans and showed it in his after match antics.

Well Considering Hahnemann had the most Clean Sheets this season and Hennessey is part of the team that just won the division by 7 points, I'm thinking that their both Good Keepers.
Forgetting to mention that Hennessey was outstanding when it came to the crucial games for instance the weekend they won promotion when they beat QPR 1-0. Not to mention the praise Mick McCarthy has given him.
Nice pension fund for Marcus then - not a bad bench to be on.
