West Brom is hardly a job too good to turn down. Maybe if Sir Alex retires then it'd be a bit more tempting..

Or Liverpool / Everton depending on which one is more his roots.

Speaking with a relative who follows Liverpool home, away and across Europe, he's got about as much chance of a job at Anfield as I have given his time at Old Trafford.

Deathy
Ian Royal Of course he can be back in work... but the point is it doesn't seem like he wants to be. I think he's totally on the level about taking time out to study other people's methods and get new ideas. I doubt we'll see him in another job this season. Certainly not before December.

Fine, but if a job that is too good to turn down comes along, I'm sure he'll be very interested.

I think that, in time, he will be back at Brighton.

Still liked down there, and the job of building a squad to match their aspirations (or delusions) immediately pre-Falmer will be right up his street.

Deathy West Brom apparently have Coppell at the top of their wish list along with Curbs.

I spoke to Curbishley yesterday, and despite being a pit pissed at the time, I remember him saying that he didn't even apply for the Reading job because he wants to manage in the Premiership, and that until we'd be in the top division for three or four years he wouldn't consider us (tosser).

So the same should apply for West Brom. This being said, that's their top two targets (according to you) both out of the equation.
