Motherwell VS Llanelli should be a corker. Motherwell have no manager and a threadbare squad. Let's hope Llan can upset 'em.

Yes.

And no intention of actually sorting out why the big teams don't care about it.

To be honest, it's only the English clubs that don't appear to care.

Mebbe.

At the heart of it, there's simply not the money in it - winners would get a few million for their run and English clubs compete in a league where one place is worth half a million. Further to that, the UEFA cup teams either find themselves pushing for 4th (worth many millions) or avoiding the drop (worth many millions)

I think its silly. The prestige of a cup run against some of the classic European names should get the juices flowing.

I'd rather have seen us in the InterToto than the Peace Cup, tbh.

What we really need to see is Famagusta to win through and eventually draw Ommonia of NIcosia. Imagine, 2 Cypriot teams against each other. One from the southern greek half and the other from the turkish!

That happens quite often in what some call the regular Cypriot league season.

14-1 or 11-1!!

I had a tenner on at 14.

A mate also had a fiver Stuart Jones first scorer, 1-0 Llanelli at 180-1. Llanelli were always gonna have to score from a corner or an Andy Legg long throw so it made sense that you bet on the towering centre back! CoraLOL
