I never saw him play, but I'd forgot that he'd played for Wimbledon in that FA Cup Final. For those who actually saw him play, did he play like Theirry Henry? I'd at least hope he was better than Henry. Your opinions?

A good player but not in Henry's class. Henry is a European Championship winner, World Cup winner, Champions League winner, EPL winner, Spanish league winner...

Nothing like Henry apart from pace.
An out and out right winger who didn't score that many,or at least nowhere near as many as Henry.
BTW Spacey Thierry not Theirry, tut tut.

I can't think of an English striker of a vaguely similar style to Henry who even gets close to his quality other than Owen.

I only really thought he played his best football at WBA, at that time he looked as though he had the potential to be a world class player.
Sadly after leaving Albion he never reached the same hights. Maybe if he had gone with big Ron to Man Utd things may have been different as he never seemed the same after going to Madrid. Will always remember WBA beating Man Utd 5-3 at Old Trafford he gave a master class that day in pass and move football.

Wot a game that was. I think the Greenhof goal was up for goal of the season, but some of the WBA goals were better IMHO.

One thing Cunningham could do in Real days was take a corner kick from the RHS with the outside of his foot. Think he scored a couple direct. It was the equivalent of the Ronaldo free-kick, in hte current era. i.e. no one else did it.
