Premier League 09/10

by Deathy » 30 Jul 2009 16:53

Looking at the teams gone up and the teams that just about stayed up last season, it looks a pretty weak Premiership this season.

I'll punt for:

C. Manchester United
R. Chelsea
3. Liverpool
4. Manchester City
5. Arsenal
6. Tottenham Hotspur

-------------------------
15. Bolton Wanderers
16. Stoke City
17. Birmingham City
18. Hull City
19. Wolverhampton Wanderers
20. Burnley

Hull City will be tailed off. They must be the luckiest team in English Football. They werent even good for a whole year, just a good end to 1 season and a good start to the next. And there manager is a dick.

Stoke are ripe for Second Season Syndrome, think they will be found out, Pulis will struggle to install the same enthusiasm that hauled them up last year.

Burnley wont spend and are just nowhere near good enough. They are very fortunate to have a season in the Prem, they had everything go their way to get there. They even got to play us in the play offs!

18. Stoke
19. Burnley
20. Hull

As for the Aristocrats, i dont care.

Same here, but I'm not too fussed about 7-20 either.

and they'll win it easily. Owen will get a world cup call up - best transfer of the season personally

I think Burnley will do better than people think and not finish rock bottom

Pompey, Burnley and Hull to go down

Or more likely he will make a couple of subdued appearances, get injured and that will be that.

Owen is long finished.

I cannot believe nobody has called Wigan to bomb.

1. Liverpool (if they keep/replace adequately Alonso)
2. Chelsea
3. Manchester Too Reliant On Ronaldo United
4. Tottenham
5. Arsenal
6. Everton

Man City still won't be able to defend.

18. Pompey
19. Burnley
20. Wigan
