To be fair, there was a programme of events in the matchday programme. Does make you wonder though why they bother.

To be fair, The Burnley PA staff probably had standing orders to play that after every goal scored, nobody expected them to score against Utd so didn't see a need to cancel the order.Jerry St Clair note that Burnley felt the need to play Tom Hark after they scored against Man Utd - presumably because they thought the crowd would be totally incapable of celebrating a winner in a local derby against the champions without the aid of some cack blaring from the PA.
