football cheats

by Gus the teenage cow » 26 Aug 2009 23:50

no doubt arsenal were better than celtic over the 2 legs (even though their first three goals were all very very fortunate)-that isn't the debate

i am just getting sick and tired of footballing cheats, a blatant dive by eduardo decides the tie but heh if his antics were out of the blue and unprecedented then fine i can let it go but when are these people going to be disciplined, there is retrospective suspensions for other offences so why not cheating which IMO is the worst sporting offence you can make, people like dropba and ronaldo have made a career out of cheating and canniving and gamesmanship and have not been punished for it-the result is it gets more commonplace and kids are even diving at school games now thinking it's cool to emulate the pcunts i mentioned above, something has to be done

I feel so sorry for Eduardo - not only did he have to suffer that horrific tackle and the physical pain that brought, but it has also left him with a severe case of vertigo.

I'd not seen any evidence of it previously, but last night we saw the sad effects of a very dibilitating condition.

There must be a slope at the Emirates, because as he ran up the slop, the height clearly took it's toll and the effects of the vertigo were that he felt faint and collapsed.

Get well soon - YOU CHEATING BASTARD !!

Arsenal would have progressed anyway - he did no-one any favours.

FIFA should allow post-match video review to punish these sort of cheats.
Don't change the result of the game, but suspend the culprits for three games. If they offend again, make it six.

Gus the teenage cow a blatant dive by eduardo decides the tie

reckon the other 4 goals, and Celtic getting casually raped by such global football stars as Eboue, Denilson & Ramsay may have had something to do with it.

Diving ain't good but if the best Celtic can do is let 5 (FIVE) goals in against a depleted team who just finished 4th last season then they have been done a favour, they would have been shipping 10 goals a time against the decent European sides.

SAME OLD ARSENAL, ALWAYS CHEATING.

I'd rather Celtic won through, then the latter stages of the Champions League wouldn't be riddled with cheating.

Becoming? It's always been there. The italians used to, maybe still do, train their players to dive - quote Paul Ince after he left Inter Milan. I totally agree with the after match comments, with all these cameras covering every angle, anyone that takes a dive should receive a 3 match ban. If however contact is made and it can't be decided either way, you have to give the benefit of the doubt to the striker, harsh as it may be.

Ridiculous, we didn't cheat there - we didn't even claim for a goal. It was a referee mistake.

Just ban players who dive using replays after the game.

Arsenal cheating >>> Having to suffer both the old firm clubs horrible attempts at playing football for 6 games.

Who enforces that might be the issue, but certainly in the Premiership, I can't see why they don't have a panel comprising of a few ex-refs, a few respected ex players and managers who video review off-the-ball incidents, diving etc and make their recommendations to the Premier League for further action.

My suggestion would be that managers can report whatever they think is relevent to the referee after the game, it gets reviewed and trivial or frivolous citations are punished alongside the divers and other cheats.

Just make sure the league sticks up for the panel.

But its like players crowding the ref - book them. Book all of them. After a few weeks of controversy, it will settle down.

And Arsenal were really good last night. Really good football to watch and Celtic actually played football back.

Ramsey looks like a bit of a talent though I didn't really notice Wilshere.

I thought they were both very impressive...Wenger has moulded them both into excellent attack players - Arsenal style....I'll never get bored of pass and move football

TV shows Edurado dived.

Players are banned following TV evidence for incident miseed by the referee.

Diving should be treated in the same way.

Did he Dive or was he was shit scared of being taken out by the keeping and got himself out of the way? :?

I think that was pretty much the argument Wenger used in the article I just read.

Definitely a dive. Arsehole Wanger would use any excuse.

I changed channel as I don't want to watch cheats winning.
