Terminal Boardom I wonder what would happen if Cardiff or Swansea gained promotion to the Premier League. Who would have jurisdiction as the Premier League is a Football Association competition?

Terminal Boardom The sooner that Cardiff and Swansea are kicked out of the ENGLISH Football League the better. The FAW is a complete and utter joke and it is a disgrace that they should officiate over disciplinary matters in ENGLISH competitions. I wonder what would happen if Cardiff or Swansea gained promotion to the Premier League. Who would have jurisdiction as the Premier League is a Football Association competition?

what are you on about? kick them out? thats one of the most absurd things i've heard today, they get charged for the same things that all the clubs in England do, as i live in Wales i hear about them being charged on the news but in England on the news they don't feature what the FAW does. Also i don't understand why your pulling your hair out over it, charges in football don't mean much these days unless the offence is big enough to lead to point reductions or something else. All that will probably happen to Swansea is that they will probably get a fine, which is the same for any club over the globe for these kind of offences. RANT OVER!!

The fact of the matter is that they happen to play in an English league and therefore they should come under the Jurisdiction of the English FA.
Reading play in Berkshire and there is a Berkshire FA. Should the Berkshire FA have jurisdiction over Reading and not the English FA?

PEARCEY Just to make clear the Welsh clubs themselves are perfectly happy to come under the jurisdiction of the English F.A. The problem is more to do with the F.A.W. as far as I am aware.
