No.
Only the punishment of the fouling player does.
Which as i said, the yellow card was harsh.
Oh and has anyone got video of the "penalty" that wasn't given for Arsenal....havent seen it yet but heard it should have been one.
I remember arguing against the Johnson penalty, saying that the ball had already gone out of play when Hahnemann fouled him. In the Rooney one, from the picture, it's fairly obvious that the ball was still in play, but heading out of play.
Re the "penalty" not given for Arsenal, I assume you're referring to Fletcher's foul on Arseshaving? Not only did he commit a foul, but he also handballed! Tbf, the handball looked like a case of ball to hand.
