royalexile It's good to see the TO is sharpening up a little now. The only times i have ever had a real mix up was my Bolton tickets when i bought a single ticket, decided to swap this so my daughter could sit with me. No problem there until 3 extra tickets arrived through the post. I always now pick my tickets up from the TO as a fail safe. The other time i really had an issue was the recorded delivery on the Preston ticket last season that went missing in the post. I think that cost £5 for the recorded delivery. As with you Somerset i was refunded and given another ticket.

North Somerset Royal Still the good news is that I called in at the TO before the game last night and whilst I had to pay again for new tickets they kindly agreed to refund the cost of the originals bought on line if when they eventually turn up I return them intact.

Royal Mail only actually bother doing roughly half the recorded mail deliveries properly. It's totally dependent on whether the postie can be arsed or not.

punkindrublic Whats the chances of getting a ticket today?
Calling ticket office at 10am, but when do the club send the tickets back to Peterborough?

Now, why don't the club follow this up and PUBLICISE this???
royalexile The other issue i feel uncomfortable about is the club crest stamped on the envelope. It's an open season for dishonestly. It may be a harsh judgement and more of a perception on my behalf though.
