Chaney Fergy joking with the 4th official, can you imagine if it had been the other way?..

Mark Hughes probably still kisses Fergie's arse anyway so I doubt there'll be a problem from city either!

Are they making the balls used in premier league games out of high-resilience rubber or something because the first touches of both Chelski and Spurs make it look that way! How Chelski can have maximum points so far is beyond me! This game is shite!

1-0 Chelski by the way!

Drogba going off injured, I hope it's not serious, don't like seeing one of the world's greatest players injured

8 Minutes added on at Stamford bridge due to injuries to Drogba and Bassong.
looks like finishing 3-0 though.

Is that the first card of the game for Jenas?

How Bassong avoided getting booked I'll never know! He pulled off about 3 perfect rugby tackles!

Born and bred in Manchester/Salford area. Used to follow Utd 'round Europe but lost interest in football around 2001/2 season. Moved to Reading about 7 years ago and got bought a ticket to Reading v Notts Forest (3-0) been going since then...

 still havent regained your interest then.

Also, huge lol at Old Trafford yesterday. Booed a player thats helped the team to 2 titles and a CL in 2 seasons before cheering a Kopite. fckng pathetic. modern day plasticity at its finest.

FiNeRaIn
soggy biscuit Owen scores the winner in the first minute of Old Trafford injury time having already played the 5 minutes of normal injury time.

LOLz @ City

lol the board went up for four minutes and the goal was timed at something like 95.38 lmao

Goal celebration + substitution = 1min 26sec on top of the 4mins = 5mins 26secs of injury time

Since when is time added on for goal celebrations?

Did we play 34 minutes additional time when we lost 7-4 at Pompey?

Dont be a fool.....of course time is added on for goal celebrations, the same as its added on for substitutions. Else if a team scores a winner in the 90th minutes (and 2 mins injury time is shown) they could just stand there jumping up and down infront of the crowd for 2mins until the the time was up :?

Of course, if the celebration is excessive, the referee could add time. But we don't actually play an extra 30 seconds per goal do we?

No but Man City celebrated for almost a minute after they scored.......thats a minute lost, so surely it should be added back on?

Bit of a pointless argument this without clarification of the actual laws, but for me, no, that full minute should not be added on. It's part of the game. Do we add another 30 seconds if an attacking side take ages over a set-piece? Or if there are successive corners?
