cmonurz Bit of a pointless argument this without clarification of the actual laws, but for me, no, that full minute should not be added on. It's part of the game. Do we add another 30 seconds if an attacking side take ages over a set-piece? Or if there are successive corners?

So why is 30 seconds added on for each substitution???

Oh and for the record the ref does add time on if player time waste

I'd just like to drive by and mention that the number held up by the fourth official is the minimum amount of time that the referee will add on.

Oh, and MaROFLk Hughes.

Hughes yesterday was the worst example of managers looking for a scapegoat I've seen in a while. You've let in four goals including allowing Michael Owen about 8 yards of space in a packed penalty area in injury time, and all you can complain about are the officials.

Architects of your own demise i'm afraid.

'zatly, they've got all this money but they couldn't defend yesterday. But for Shay Given (and Rio down the other end) the game would have been well out of sight long before Old Trafford time kicked in

I saw the Chelsea v Tottenham soccer game yesterday. Why were they making such a big thing about the Robbie Keane Penalty incident? Yet that Assou-Ekoto bloke deliberatly handled it from a free kick in the area.

I also though Ashley Coles head shot was superb.

NFA - Robbie Keane's was nailed on, Assou-Ekoto's prolly was too but Fwank (the fat one who took the free kick) gets enough second chances anyway, you'll learn these things when you've been watching soccer for a while

LOLz @ Gary Neville apparently running down the line to celebrate in front of the City fans

Hughes claims that Neville's 'lunatic' celebration underlines just how much of a title threat Utd consider City to be.

I saw in on Sky Sports this morning. If you get a gif its quality. Neville runs on the pitch, gets told off by the 4th official then runs down the touch line towards the city fans, realises that he prob shouldn't be doing that then pretends to be warming up, despite United alread having made 3 subs.

Also LOLz at the United fan jumping up and down going mental at City fans in wheelchairs that you can see in background.

I see that Diouf has been reported to the police for saying "fcuk off white boy" to the ballboy who didn't give him the ball back properly.

Alex Ferguson For us it’s unusual to accept that they’re top dogs in terms of media attention, but sometimes you have a noisy neighbour and you have to live with it. You can’t do anything about them, they keep making noise, but what you can do - as we showed today - is you can get on with your life. Put your television on and turn it up a bit louder'
