One of the big problems in having a long term successful manager, when he goes the club normally goes massively tits up.

Roll on the Wenger and Ferguson departures in the not to distant future.

Gradi - terrific manager. Good football, and a great record with developing youngsters. Still to this day gives up his weekends to manage kids.

And an utter, utter pcunt as well. Always gives it Mr Nice Guy in public, couldn't be further from the truth.
