Issue number issue

by Row Z Royal » 01 Oct 2009 17:24

Maestro debit cards these days don't have an issue number, yet the online ticketing service won't allow payments by Switch/Maestro without an issue number.

I've bitched to the club twice without, as yet, success.

Suggestions that don't involve ringing the ticket office or going to the ground?

Use your crdit card like I have to (for some reason it never accepts my Maestro, even with issue number)

Change banks. HTH.

On a less silly note - try 0 or 00 as the issue number - worked for me in the past (before HSBC switched to Visa Debit)

Natwest is changing to Visa debit so I guess Maestro is being managed out.

Haven't tried 00, so I'll give it a go.

Cheers.
