Barnes just didn't seem to realise that you've got to hold and give but do it at the right time.

Good manager too. I'd love him here. He's cut his teeth at Scunny, two promotions, one relegation, learned god knows how much and always on tight budgets. Bringing through and developing young talent.

^ Woman post.

When has Barnes managed Scunny, let alone won 2 promotions and had 1 relagation?

Scunny manager, love. (Atkins?)

Interesting point.... not sure if he still has ties to the area but it's the sort of low pressure/high reward post he might relish.

Still might be a little too soon though. I still see SSC going abroad, maybe to the MLS as his son's over there isn't he?

Yeah I heard he was caddying for his son out there! He's a tough nut to crack, never been too sure what goes through his mind!

At least Tranny had the bollocks early on to realise that they had been sold a turd. I cannot think of a more disastrous combination than Barnes and McAteer. Oh, hold on...
