In other league cup news, what are the odds on the two manchester clubs having their balls warmed before the draw for the semis?

Unless I fell asleep and dreamt it, I think the draw has already been made.

The draw for the final will be a fix.

Why be gutted?
They obviously didn't bother just like Spurs the night before who, despite improved form this season reverted to the days of yesteryear when southern softies from London (Spurs,West Ham and Chelsea but never Arsenal) would be guaranteed to throw in the towel if they ever had to travel north of Birmingham during the winter months.
Nowadays with Chelsea being the equivalent of old Arsenal (physical, efficient but a bit dull) you do not expect their second string to lose at Blackburn but it makes the competition more interesting that at least one team outside of the big four will make the final.
