Bullard injured for 8 weeks

Knowing him it will turn into months. Expect Hull to drop like a stone and SHunt's return to the Mad Stad next season.

I really like Bullard.

Think he's played in every professional division and he's got a nice sense of humour. Possibly very aware of how damned lucky is to have the career he has, even if injuries genuinely threaten it.

I think he could actually play for Germany as well. We could do a swap of crippled, energetic midfielders.

It's true, I've always liked Bullard. A very good player but a down to earth guy with a good sense of humour. Fulham's upturn in form coincided with his return in 07/08 (and McBride's). Hull look a different team when he's playing. I think he'd have been on the fringes of England if he'd been lucky. Not ahead of Gerrard, Lampard, Barry and Carrick. However, if Scott Parker and Jermaine Jenas amongst others can earn England caps, Bullard would have definitely been in with a shout.

Great news that it's not as serious as 1st thought.

Legend and a top bloke.

He's made Hull likeable again.

Not Tango though...

Much I like Bullard there is no way I want to see Hull stay up this season. They barely deserve to be in the Premiership - they must have been the worst team ever to stay up in the Premiership, surely? Less points than we went down with thanks to a few Geovanni wonder goals and lucky wins at the start of the season.

I'd suggest that their lucky wins were similar wins to the ones we had when we went "Sod this, let's give it a go"

That their honeymoon ended about a year before ours is due to the depth and mentality of the squad and the managers involved.

SymonsO Didnt Bullard leave Fulham after mugging them out of a lot of money and giving them nothing?

Well, he kept them up at the expense of us.
