readingbedding Why is there a public outrage issue about someone taking cash for showing people around somewhere?
A few questions:
1. Did he declare the cash to the inland revenue? Generally suitcases stuffed full of notes are not the way to carry out above board transactions.
2. Did his employers know he was showing people around for a fee? Did it break health and safety rules having persons on the premises under the radar? As the club own the ground, should they not be the ones to profit from tours?
3. Was he qualified to give a tour? Don't you have to have a certificate these days from the national association of tour guides as well as being clearly checked in case your a sex offender?
4. I imagine part of the reason clubs pay players so much money is to ensure they can concentrate on their footballing career and not have to work part time as a tour guide - He's defrauding the club!
5. He's taking work away from the nations tour guide industry - If he continues jobs could be lost.
6. He's a twat
