Might be worded badly but this seems harsh from CAF..not much sympathy for Togo then considering their reasons for wanting to pull out.

Its comes to something when you feel you have to defend Spacey. Yes he was wearing an Arsenal top, not Spacey obviously.

I read somewhere a local reporter gave him the shirt to wear so maybe he just put it on so not to look rude.
