He was totally non-commital when asked about the transfer window - avoided it very well and of course, he wasn't pressed on it. He was a tad annoyed, I gleaned from interview, that some fans would dare to suggest that he doesn't care about the club anymore, but all he waffled on about was him wanting to sell it to a billionaire, not a syndicate and he'd like to be Club President.Northern Git He had already stated that hospitality was down 60% - but that was compared to the Premiership years. Not suprised he has come out with this statement at this time tho' - trying to deflect the flak that no doubt will be heading his way at the end of the transfer window when there has been little investment in strengthening the team.

bottom left hand corner I dont see how that is possible as we sold Hunt 3.5m, Doyle 6.5m and Bikey 2m

Royal Lady Yes, so we had to repay a debt - that's the main reason there's no money, not that we're 60% down in receipts this year - which is what JM said.
