Exactly. Throughout most of the western world, views on women have been improving for a long time even though some would argue they're not yet equal. Football has not been included in this, it remains a male dominated world and it's hard to see how that will change any time soon.

Also, the standard of women's football is not the same as men's football. As already pointed out, you don't have to be a great player to make a great manager. Mourinho, Houllier etc. However, people will surely make the argument whenever the debate emerges.
