Seriously we will end tonight 4 points behind scunthorpe and they have a game in hand. This is looking bleak.

Royalee
southbank1871 Can't we all just agree that both Rodgers and McDermott are pretty shit?

No.

Well all this, "my dad's bigger than your dad" shit is getting tiresome.

Getting?

RoyalBlue Sorry but on the basis you are talking of, we are going to run out of games. What's more, based on our record to date, it's pretty inconceivable that we will play well and win the other games.

So if we lose tonight and win the other three we're going to run out of games? I'm not saying that we will win them, but I am just saying that if you had to predict which game we'd lose out of the 4 this would probably be it. If we lose tonight we need to bounce back.

Having seen the performances in the Cup I'd like to reserve a little hope for the future... and that's all it is. Hope. You look at the poor league performances and see no hope I look at the Cup and see some hope. I might be wrong, you might be wrong, but I prefer to retain some hope so that when I go to games I feel like there is actually still something left to play for.

If I don't think that Reading will bounce back from this and that they will lose every game from now to the end of the season I might as well ditch my season ticket...

Royalee So it's just personality and whether you like the guy over how good they actually are at their jobs then strap? I'm glad we've got that sorted.

It's up to you how you judge how good a manager is at his job. The facts show Bodgers' is not a football manager. I judge our managers on how they perform.

I don't employ loud-mouthed wannerbees with no experience in my company, and find it hard to accept that a susccessful businessman like Mr Mad feels it is the best way forward for a multi-million pound outfit like RFC. I would suggest that Mr Mad has a somewhat different opinion now he has wasted £500k on "compensation" to Watford, as well as paying up a significant proportion of a £400k pa 3 year contract to get shot of someone who has proven he couldn't manage his way out of a paper bag.

But hey, why let facts get in teh way of a sychophantic love fest.

Except it isn't.

Ian Royal I wish we'd kept Rodgers.

Then Royalee would have had to eat all the shit he spouts as his mancrush would definitely have taken us down anyway.

I wish we'd kept Rodgers because then we wouldn't be going down.

For someone who brings up so many spreadsheets and stats, you don't understand 'facts' very well.

definitely was perhaps uncalled for.

Your faith in Rodgers is both disturbing and largely unfounded.

Sorry, does McDermott have more than 2 points from 15 or have I missed something?

Didn't BR get slammed for changing the team left, right and centre?

We wouldn't because its not mathematically possible, on top of the fact he has a better points ratio than BM...sorry to say.

Oh right, because your assumption that despite being 3 points clear of the drop zone when he left we'd have gone down isn't.
