prostak Housemate of mine went to school in Leyland with Carlisle, he was apparently head boy, irritatingly excellent at everything he did and a really nice guy to boot. Straight A's throughout school, that sort of thing.

Smoking Kills Dancing Doe Most footballers aren't think. The decisions they have to make out on the pitch at the highest level are genius. Exercise slows the brain greatly, when Rooney sprints 70 yards and still has the composure to finish the way he did againt Arsenal a few months back is a great example of that.
Carlise was treated for a drink problem when he was at QPR I think.
